The Shin Ken Kai dojo practices two schools of traditional Japanese Swordsmanship. Our main school is Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu and our secondary school is Katayama Hoki Ryu. Both are complementary to each other and help to develop spirit, technique, timing, and focus.
